Ever since news broke back in 2016 that Laurie Metcalf would be returning to voice Andy’s mom in Toy Story 4, there has been much speculation about how she would appear in the film. Thanks to a brief interview that just surfaced on Instagram, now we know!
Today marks the beginning of the 2019 London Toy Fair, and it’s very possible we could be seeing some Toy Story 4 merchandise news come out of there during the remainder of this week. In the meantime, some new movie-branded toys have popped up in online listings, which give us some new clues to the film!

Now that we’re heading into the new year – the year in which the long wait for Toy Story 4 will finally be over! – more merchandise info is starting to appear online. In the past few days – thanks to international trade catalogs – word has come out about new Lego sets that will be released in conjunction with the movie this summer.
It always seems that as soon as I find one tidbit of information, and post about it, even more surfaces! In addition to the interview with Total Film magazine that I shared previously, Toy Story 4 Director Josh Cooley also spoke recently with the entertainment website Fandango. And, most exciting of all, I also discovered a potential image of Bo Peep’s new look!

Here’s a particularly festive find! On Twitter yesterday, @DrewTailored shared an image of Pixar’s Christmas card for 2018. It features an adorable drawing of Bo Peep, Woody, and Bullseye – as well as an interesting hint about Toy Story 4 that was hidden in the post’s comments.
