New Book Covers

As the movie’s release gets closer, more book covers have been updated with final artwork online.  Although as of right now, these images haven’t been added on Amazon, they are on the Penguin Random House site, and all three will be available as of May 7.  These titles aren’t new to us, but it’s fun to see the images!

  • Toy Story 4 Deluxe Step Into Reading #2 (Disney/Pixar Toy Story 4)
This Toy Story 4 deluxe Step into Reading leveled reader with over 30 stickers is based on the exciting new Disney/Pixar movie hitting theaters June 21, 2019!
Disney/Pixar’s Toy Story 4 opens a new chapter in the lives of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and the rest of the Toy Story gang. Directed by Josh Cooley (Riley’s First Date?) and produced by Jonas Rivera (Inside Out and Up) and Mark Nielsen (associate producer for Inside Out), Toy Story 4 opens in theaters on June 21, 2019. Step 1 readers feature big type and easy words. Rhymes and rhythmic text paired with picture clues help children decode the story. For children who know the alphabet and are eager to begin reading on their own.

Here we see Woody and Forky looking happy in a trash can.  We know already that Forky has a crisis about whether he’s a spork or a toy, so this cover likely plays into that aspect of the story.

  • Toy Story 4: The Junior Novelization (Disney/Pixar Toy Story 4)
Toy Story 4: The Junior Novelization retells the exciting new Disney/Pixar movie hitting theaters June 21, 2019!

Even though this one doesn’t really hint too much at the film’s plot, it is a great look of Woody in this fatherly pose with Forky that we’ve seen before.

  • Toy Story 4: The Deluxe Junior Novelization
Toy Story 4: The Deluxe Junior Novelization retells the exciting new Disney/Pixar movie hitting theaters June 21, 2019!

The cover of this book utilizes the international poster we’ve seen before, but it’s a gorgeous image and worthy of seeing further use.

I’ve got more news to write up and share, so stay tuned!  And here’s hoping that we’ll have a trailer to discuss in the near future.  Goodness knows we’ve waited long enough already!
